Yeah the 8101 is a very large work unit, from the looks of things your tpf is >60 mins so the quick return bonus will be quite out of reach.

I believe to make the deadline for these you'll need to have a sub 34 min tpf, you might want to reconfigure the client... 8101 & 8102 projects are going to murder your ppd.

The 6128's aren't enough to finish the 8101 work units in time to get the quick return bonus. The times look about right though, (I think) you have a third as many cores and slower clocks than my quad 6174 system, it runs native linux and does nothing but fold, getting about 14:30-14:45 frame times.

I'd switch it over to regular SMP, likely going to get better points. At least until they come out with some more, different bigadv projects.

Strange , so what I did was used the img and just installed the Bootable ISO - 1.3.4 the configed that acording to fahmon I am getting a huge differences but I am thinking that the FAHMon must be wrong
because it is showing a PPD of 61271.30 and a credit of 183530 points and running the same project

Sorry man, fahmon is lying to you. Your tpf is better, but at +40 mins per frame there is no chance you'll make the deadline. 2.4 days is the current deadline for those, you'll only get the base amount which will probably work out to ~ 9,000 ppd

One thing to remember is that since the spring the 690x Work units have been retired and replaced with 8101. These units are a lot harder and also produce a lot less points than their predecessors. Even though your machine does meet the 16 core requirement to run bigadv units.

As G777 said it doesn't have quite enough power to complete these units within the prefered deadline to get the quick return bonus. fahmon doesn't take this into account.

going to have to remove the -bigadv flag, it will result in more ppd as you can easily finish those units within the prefered deadline.

The fahmon is a POS I just fired up HFM and it is reading around 7556 a redit of 22607 man now I am hugely disappointed not even sure if it is worth running this thing if I am only going to be doing that little, I might as well just shut it down and run my main PC with VB and fah running in the back ground probably get close to the same result.
