What happens if you don't make deadline?

I have noticed that my system doesn't look like it is going to make its deadline, I have never had this problem before so I am wondering what happens if the deadline isn't met?
I am seriously considering just installing Linux ( instead of Virtual ) and hope that I get better results and that I can meet my deadline

hmm ok . I am noticing that the time on the hfm and the actual time is different I am guessing that the time used on HFM is the server time and not my folders time?
