Looks like this needs to be made, and then the next time someone heads across the country and has room they take a few small bottles for somebody. I saw something in the news earlier this summer about this law actually, but it was in relation to wine I believe...here is what I just found via Google:
Wine connoisseur protesting provincial border law - News1130

When it comes to alcohol rules Canada is absolutely insane; here in Ontario, if you want a bottling place to brew beer for you, they get everything and ingredients ready and then you come in and physically put the yeast in yourself (to start the brewing process) in order to make it legal. Nuts.

As for specific orders and such, might even be a good idea to keep the conversation on the DL in case anybody gets in any trouble...might be tin-hat, but never hurts.

If any said beer were to come available, or a recipe to be exported for brewing in other provinces legally, then I would be in.

Here in NB for wine or beer places you have to add the yeast and bottle the alcohol yourself.

Thats what I am thinking...perhaps the beer can be shipped sans yeast (with yeast provided and the formula pre-mixed), and have the yeast added in the home province...

yeah it's a pretty dry summer here and some big (folding) rigs relocated from the west to the east. I don't think you would have any issues shipping them as something else, you put something else in the description and just ship it, I am pretty sure plastic bottles would do it.

Negative ghost rider.

While beer can be made this way , The yeast part is too critical to proper flavor to allow the end user to control it......every batch would be different.

The Imperial wheat is nice , but yah only want a couple.

I have to be honest here fellas , right now this idea is pure speculation.....rumor at best......but I am actively persuing this plan.

Label and ship as "Organic Cleaning Solution samples, not for sale". Problem solved.
