Want to find new home for SR-2 w/ xeons
 

Hey HWC folders:

I have my SR-2 sitting around not folding. I'd like for someone from the team to perhaps take it off my hands for the good price of $700 shipped (50% what i paid) and get it running for team 54196. It's just the board and 2x E5645 (ES). I don't have ram for it.

It might be good if we have some sort of open discussion so everyone knows who gets it and feels ok with whoever gets it. The cpu's overclock pretty well. I ran them at 3.2GHz / 1.27V, but they will go a bit higher. It pulled about 430W from the wall with a silver 850W psu.

wow thats a great deal i wish i didnt just buy a wack of stuff i would have grabbed it to fold with for sure wicked deal man i so wanna spend the coin any who lol

also have you had any problems with the board i have heard that they can be a bitch to get working right but i will think about it for sure

What kind of PPD were you getting from it?

Yea sry about that. I wasn't completely sure how to go about this. I wanted to be as open as possible and let everyone have a chance on this. I think I was getting about ~110k-130kppd on 8101 WU's. Thats kind of a ball park number.

thanks it's been to long since i was able to put up some numbers and i seen that and i new i had to get back in teh game ten fold if i can well i am not paying my hydro bill adn then when i am i will be folding on this sr-2
