From ebay? The cheapest ones I can find are ~$600. Seems like unless you're planning on going 2P, it would be better to get a retail K chip, no?

Looks like the straps are locked on these ES chips. Doesn't look like I'll be going much higher than 3GHz.

I was just reading that. I wonder if the samples themselves are locked or if its a microcode (or lack thereof) issue...

I 'think' I see an IPMI connector, right below the ASpeed onbaord GPU chip (2x7 pins), but where is the third network port? And why would the connector be labelled 'SPDIF'?
Also seen the dual Dynatron HSFs. I hope they can be installed 90* offset, so one does not intake the other's hot air.
