I actually have a question about watercooling this type of system, coul;d someone just use a standard cpu watercooling blockas long as you have the proper plates ( block plate and back back) . also if this can be done do you think a duel rad would be enough to cool both cpus?

Since oc'ing is not possible (well, it is with Extra Spicy chips but g'luck finding some), the heat load is very low. Wc'ing is not required since the high-end HSFs (Noctuas) are so efficient, and silent. And

I would take an Nvidia card over an ATI card for Linux in a heartbeat. SIGNIFICANTLY more mature drivers.

I've looked into the BIOS first, and found out a few obscur settings that may have not been optimized.
It was also running using BIOS 902. Now, in order to use Interlagos chips, BIOS 2005 is mandatory. And
the flash must be done with a Magny-Cours chip installed.

Which I now have done. Let's see if this improves the tpf...

My tpf has improved a full minute with BIOS adjustments (disabling PowerNow, amongst others). But still nowhere near the 46ish tpf that you have. I'll grab a cheap, fanless Team Green GPU tomorrow and do some more tests.

humm.... 7k PPD and 11K more just by doing a bios update ?? I was thinking that bios will not increase cpu calculation....

Anyway, another reason to do it..

I don;t beleive the update did anything; disabling PowerNow did.
