Everything I needed to setup my linux box was found here Ubuntu Desktop Installation Guide for F@H - [H]ard|Forum Its not a long drawn out thread, but do yourself a favor and read through it.

Yup, and it works like a charm.

F100 stands for Corsair F100 SSD: Motherboard - CPU - Ram - SSD - HSF - PSU - Case

Indeed, Musky's mix makes a Ubuntu install quite a breeze. Just follow the instructions to the letter. And Alpine, I use Ubuntu 11.04.

those HSF's are excellent. I've installed a few of them for people this year and no complaints yet! Took me a few minutes to wrap my head around those fan clips heh :)
