i am thinking you should save your pennies for a nice dozer box with onboard video and a stick of 4 gigs of ram with a 350 watt seasonic or perhaps a 450 watt antec green folding caseless
somewhere on the cheap :)

earth watts 380 would do it?

at stock with onboard video,from what they say a tdp of max 180 watts,maybe lower for retail parts...and since the 380 can do
some 300 nd spare watts so it should be fine.

add another 50 watts for the rest of the system... and you could even clock a little.

My 4p rig (shown in sig) pulls 490w from the wall under full folding load...
