I second and tested to the same results.

Hmm I may have to look into it more as I may be on the verge of getting myself a 970, though I need it to run on windows (aka virtualization linux) as I can't run two OSes at the exact same time as its going to be my gaming and folding rig.

You could just run bigadv then inside Windows. If you get the 970 to 4.0ghz you should still be good for ~55k.

I was hoping to benefit from the bigbeta but if you are 100% stuck to linux I guess i'd have to go with bigadv instead. Kinda disappointing but what can you do?

This is very similar to 6903 but will run a little slower.
Base points 39426
Final deadline: 23 days
Preferred: 13.8 days
k-factor 27.58
Requirements: 12+ cores, for now 64-bit Linux only.

Thanks for testing!

Does the shorter deadline affect how many bonus points you get?

Looks liked they bumped the k-factor from 26.86 upto 38.05 which should increase the bonus points.

This just came out so there's not much posted on it yet...

Similar adjustment was made on the 6904s:

Quote:
We're adjusting deadline values:
6904 is now 17 days final deadline, 10.2 days preferred deadline, k-factor 37.31.
