For me, only an Antec TP550W, probably from old age.

What's weird though, is that not a single GPU (8 of 'em) blew up (yet), nor was there a reboot from my 2600k...
Get somebody to lend you an SR-2, I'm sure you'd have more casualties.

Joking aside, nothing yet. I hope nothing does either, it's my main rig that's folding.

Folder down, loss of 9k confirmed. Core 0 of GTX295 unstable, even down-clocked. Max. fan speed was always selected (100%), max. temp as shown by Afterburner after 7 days is 79C.

Damn.

Still have warranty? If so, chances are they'll send you a GTX480 or something pimp as a replacement.

#4 PSU dead due to old age. Was not able to take advantage of its pension. May it rest in pieces.

2 lock ups, 3 bluescreens from my 2600k at 4.8ghz that *mostly* stable. 2-3 Nvidia driver crashes a day on my two gtx 570s, and absolutely no problems with my two gtx 460s.

No deaths but certainly a few little frustrations.

Long term folding@home definitely can determine system stability.

The Owner shall decide what he does with the card... I don't think this particular sample had any warranty.
