I think the newest cards supported ATM are the 1xxx series. Newer card support should be coming sometime (don't know when).

I had to plug a monitor into both video cards at boot up, get to windows and extend windows desktop to second video card / monitor. That allowed the gpus to fold seperately. I am running in crossfire normally so windows would normally be output to a single monitor. In order to fold on 2 gpu's I needed to disable crossfire in Catalyst then extend the desktop to the second output.Once the desktop was extended I didnt need to have a second monitor plugged in unless I rebooted the system. If your running dual or triple or quad video cards you will also need that many different installs of folding at home for gpus in different file folders on your machine.
