Default I am a current folder with NCIX

Wondering if I switch over to your team, would my points get transitioned over too?

I don't think you can switch your points over, I am sure they remain with your last team.

Your points would start fresh, however you should still fold w/ us, the superior Canadian team.

You can't transfer your points.
I fold for both NCIX and HWC (even though it divides my points) because I started with NCIX in 05' and both are really good teams.
btw, NCIX has a strange and close relationship with HWC which I haven't quite figured out.
NCIX sometimes even gives prizes to HWC to give out to its folders. Go figure.
Plus, NCIX and HWC worked together in the last Chimp challenge and I suspect we'll be doing it again soon.

By what metric? The only viable one is PPD per active member. By all other metrics, NCIX is the "superior team."

Pretty sure some of the staff at HWC were once NCIX employees or currently are from what folks have said. Also, NCIX forums have been around longer than HWC forums from what I have seen, so we have members on both boards. This is my theory.

I think we are both the top Canadian teams for folding, so as far as PPD/total points go we feel that its the both of our teams against the world. We gotta represent!

NCIX has a good folding promotion on the go right now too. I don't want to lose members here of course, but for those NCIX folders who frequent these boards they might want to check out the NCIX forums for details.
