My System Specs

GTX 460 @ 850 core = 11.6kppd
GTX 460 @ 950 core = 13.0kppd
I average just under 3% cpu usage at 850mhz on a 4ghz i7.

The stock cooler on the GTX 460 is INSANE. On my overclocked card at 850mhz@0.975V if I set the fan to 100% the temperatures hit 43C on these usits. Thats with 20C ambients but even with twice the power output and 30C ambients it could keep the card at 75C. A bit different from the traditional 9800GX2 100C type folding.
