I've read the number off the bottom of the board a few times. I don't get it.. this project is seriously not for the impatient.
You've definitely hit that nail on the head. The past 2 weeks where I didn't have any SR-2s to eff around w/ were some of the easiest I've had in a long time.

LGA1567 X7560 Beckton. Each of which costs a cool 3800.00 USD. Topology can be extended up to 256 physical processors through node controllers for roughly 1 Million USD on CPU cost alone.

lol - It's been what, 12 hours since his last post and folks put out an APB on him! Awesome!

NCIX FORUMS - Whats the fastest mode of payment on NC...

@ Xeven - Still fooling around with my X5677's. Funny thing about a 26x multi, you don't need all the niggly tweaks to make it go like stink. When I do eventually stick the E5645's in, I'll likely have to update the BIOS then.

What kind of PPD can you get out of the two quads? I may cheap out and buy a pair of high clocking quads if I can't find a good price on another set of hexacores.

In other news, first RMA'd board finally has shipped out.
