That pic of yours keeps my hopes up for an easy install in my A70; but it also tells me that my own Revolution 85+ is compatible with the SR2!

Dude, you paid $1k for two CPUs for folding.. the screwdriver set was $20. It's fine, lol.

I just got word back from Gal @ IT Creations, they are out of L5639's.. I was going to pick up two of them. It kinda sucks, but it is kind of a bad time with christmas and all to do these upgrades.

Guess i'll just have to sell off a few more things + some other computer hardware and buy a few 5650/5660's instead.. that just gets a whole lot more expensive (and quick!) and I don't think it would be any benefit versus buying 1-2 980x's really. 50-55k PPD for a 980x vs 125-140k PPD for dual 5650s in an SR-2.. with the added cost of a $600 motherboard and $400 case.. not really worth it (maybe power consumption)

Rison: the two 980x rigs will get you a little more 'fault tolerance' too by spreading the load amongst a couple of rigs.

This is what I tell myself anyways, as I have to sit out the SR 2 craze ;p
