Default Problems with my SMP Client

Hey guys, I got this problem with my SMP client that's really pissing me off. Whenever I start it I can't get it to stop unless i reset my computer, then once it's re-booted I can open the client but it won't start. Once the client is open my IE8 won't work and I have to re-boot the computer again. I've tried getting rid of the WU that it was working on and it downloaded a new one and the problem is still there. I've completely re-installed the SMP client and I followed the stickied guide to a T. What are your suggestions? Thanks in advance.

more info on your smp config,os,etc pretty please.

i would try to install it on another drive and or partition.

ive had issues with closing my clients, whereas they would need minutes to close, and looked frozen for a little while.

That would be the Log file in the FAH6.30-win32-SMP Folder correct?

That is not an SMP unit. Your client is not set up correctly.

Regardless, it is wrong. You need to use the -smp flag in order to receive SMP work.
