Ran into a bunch of EUEs with Core 14 WUs. Needless to say, I'm switching back to GPU2.

Did anybody update to the new 2XX.XX series drivers prior to trying the GPU3 beta? Considering they were released close to the same time, and that the drivers list improvements for CUDA / OpenGL, there's a pretty good chance the two would compliment each other.

The 200 series driver was beta so i avoided them; I did get the latest 170 series though, and made sure to use drivercleaner before installing them.

I have updated to latest drivers, and trying out this GPU3 core thing....I do not normally fold. Just out of curiosity I was wondering what the GTX 480 would get.

According to FahMon ....PPD 14244.32 Credit-610 points.

Not sure how good these numbers are...maybe it helps some of you folding guys curious about the 480's performance.

Ohhh and the system seems to be sucking 421Watts at the plug. Only one 480 is being used. The other 480 is idle and the CPU is currently oc'd @ 4.0Ghz (cpu is idling).

So tempted to get that GTX 470 now...
~12k ppd on a beta client? I think that's pretty good.

My EVGA 480 SC has been churning away whilst I was at work today. Sitting at 91c for the longest time, max 92c all day.
I bought a EK waterblock for it + new rad weeks ago and haven't had the time to install it yet.

Project 10626 yields 15240 PPD in HFM.net (@47%, and flying through the WU)

Core 14 is a GPU2 core.

Yea I know that.

I fixed my EUE problem. Turns out the shaders went from 1800 to 1850.

Yeah. My point was that you shouldn't be looking at the GPU3 client as the source of the problem, since that isn't a GPU3 core in the first place. Good thing you've got it figured out.
