Chimp Challenge 2010 Motivational thread.

I'm not entirely sure but I think it takes a day or two before the stats show up on EOC stats... All I know is that when I add new hardware the points don't show up right away... Sometimes it's even 3-4 days before they all trickle in... I was thinking of switching over maybe a couple days before the deadline to be on the safe side. I do agree that it's not a good idea to start any earlier... as we don't want to tip off the competition to our impending domination...

That's what I'm doing until May 4th evening. I do love the whole "anonymity" of this challenge though in the sense we are all just tossing points in and see what we come up with after it starts, without seeing what our personal contributions are.

I'm switching the BigAdv boxes each when the last WU is sent prior to the contest. So if I have a box that submits a BIG WU on Sunday night, the next one is gonna be BGB @ HWC. GPUs will be that morning before I go to work.

I'm hoping we are all pleasantly surprised by how Hard the Canucks can go! I think we will be!

The rigs are not actually setup like that.75% of them are in different rooms....I just decided to take a pic while I had em all down for cleaning.I'll hafta take another 'chimpbase alpha' shot when they are all up.

It's not as much production as you might think..Looking at ~45k ppd mebbie....It's 8 GPU clients and 6 cpu clients , it could be much more efficient.....I am however using every scrap of decent folding hardware I have.

I'm pretty sure It'll be in excess of 2 Kw continuous draw.
