HD 5850 seems to get 5K - 6K PPD. So basically GTS 250 levels.

I'm basically trying to find the best PPD / Watts out of my left-over GPUs:

9800 GT
9600 GSO (384MB)
9600 GT
+
One or two of every HD 4000 series and HD 5000 series card.
A 5850 does about 4k and a 5870 does about 4.5k from what I've seen. Don't expect anything over 5k from any ATI GPU. Use this guide with a FLUSH_INTERVAL of 128 to reduce the CPU usage of the ATI GPU client: GUIDE: ATI Client - Lower CPU % + Raise PPD - [H]ard|Forum

Out of the cards you listed, the 9800GT would be the best choice. And I've already made this offer, but I've got room for two more PCI-E cards, so if you have any nVidia GPUs that you'd like to run for the CC but don't have room for, I'd be happy to house them. I'm already running a GT 240 for Inik.

come on guys we're falling behind!
I've heard that ncix's folding ppd is going up, and ours is going down. to those that may be ditching, we're not done yet we still have to get to 20 million.

I did 5,1K last night on a 384 pts WU

I installed SC2 on the lappy. My main rig is now running 24/7 untouched :)
