You can't. Each client is assigned to a server when it connects to download a unit, based on what units are available and what projects need to get done. The choice is made by the servers at Stanford.

All you really can do is delete a work unit accordingly until you get a good one, that could be one or two wu's or could be a lot, depends on if its worth it to you or not to try to find a good one

Which you should never do. All workunits, even the bad ones, have to get folded by someone at some point, and if it isn't you, then you're just shifting the burden onto someone else, and hindering the project at the same time. Remember, it's about the science, not "PPD".
