196.75 Alert!
We are aware that some customers have reported fan speed issues with the latest 196.75 WHQL drivers on NVIDIA.com. Until we can verify and root cause this issue, we recommend that customers do not download this driver. Instead, please stay with, or return to 196.21 WHQL drivers. Release 196.75 drivers have been temporarily removed from our website and we also are asking our partners and others to remove temporarily this 196.75 WHQL driver as well.

Anyone who would care about this sort of thing would look for it. The news about this is all over the place, and nVidia has already pulled the drivers from their site until they fix it. This thread was unnecessary.

Yeah I guess if it was in my Living Room I'd go crazy too.

Luckily for me like my old house, my new house should hopefully have a workshop for me to setup the Farm in.

So, no noise worries for me. Good Temps too.

Dan I think opening a thread in the F@H section is a good idea as this affects folders big time.
