how would I go to encrypt my things _dangtx_? does it really helps?

Scheduling slowness? A modern OS paired with a decent CPU handles scheduling far faster than anyone can perceive.

If you're using uTorrent, it's just a checkbox you need to enable somewhere in the settings. But I doubt it would make a difference, since if Bell is throttling you, it's either because you're using too much bandwidth in general (which is impossible to hide, obviously), or they are simply throttling torrent traffic, which is also not possible to get around.
