Hey mark we are good friend send me one of your stick:P but well for -bigAdv I go with 860, cheapper and do 1000 PPD ( with bonus really matter ) ??? for me no.

like i say, i don't think you will lost gaming performance with 3 stick, but i can't confirm since last gaming bench i do was with my 5870(sold last week), and the stick i remove today is in my folding rig for the time i get some cheap ddr3 for it....

BTW is it realistic aiming 20 000 PPD with a i7 @ 4ghz??? And how much vmware instance needed?
