so a such PC with the rad , pump block will cost me between $ 1000 to $ 1400 for 25-29k ppd. so for now I'm better to order 4 more 260 that will cost me $ 900 and give me 33k ppd. and it can be progressive the 920, I need all the part to start . since I have the boards to run the GPU and PSU to spare. I will go latter for the bigadv. But we have not lost time tonight. I take good note. because I will run out of slot one day I was in the impression it was 25-29k + the bonus

yes it's the way to go . but in my case I can install 8 more 260, without spending in any motherboard and PSU , but I will not order 8 GPU I have already 1, 2 in the way, I will order 2 more an then I go with the 920, I really want experiment the bigadv . I tough it was 25k + the bonus.

Buy Intel [BX80601920] Intel Core i7 920 Quad Core Processor LGA1366 2.66GHZ Bloomfield 8MB 4.8GT/S
Newegg.ca - GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard - Intel Motherboards
Newegg.ca - G.SKILL 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9T-6GBNQ - Desktop Memory
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink AM2 AM3 LGA1366 LGA775 LGA1156 120MM - DirectCanada
= $706. Hardly $1000 - $1400.

PPD/$ will be pretty much the same, however you are going to consume like 1/4 the amount of power.

+1
Yes electricity is a big consideration. The bigadv route will save you power.

Also, I would rather 'babysit' one bigadv vm machine, than 3-4 GPUs folding....

It is 25k plus the bonus, but it takes ~2 days for each WU so it averages out to ~ 20 to 28K per day depending on how big a bonus you get.

If you really want to experiment with -bigadv just use your 860 and see how you like it...
