Just got 3 of them and they're running around 5400 vice 5700 for 353 and 4800 for 10101.

I am still waiting to see them, I've been getting a mix of 353 and 1888's for quite awhile.

I'm not complaining mind you, but I'm interested to see what the new WU's will do on my GTX+'s as I consider them my 'reference' system...

My 275 just got one and loves it!!! posting 9200+ vice the 8970 for a 353.

Makes me wonder if these WUs like clocked cores/mem as much as they like clocked shaders.... my 275 is OC'd for gaming (rather than focusing just on the shaders) while I've been focusing mostly on the shaders for the 9800GTs.

I don't know about the core but I have seen some posts that suggest OC'ing the mem will have some effect. All my cards except the GTX vanilla are factory overclocked which might be why I've had good results with them.

Came across an interesting article on FAH-Addict : News in which they test the effects of oc'ing each part of the card as part of a test review using a GTX+. Their results seem to show that while oc'ing shaders results in the biggest gains, oc'ing the mem can also give a decent increase without a large rise in heat or power consumption.

What little testing I've done so far seems to agree with their results.

It could be that the new WU's just run more efficiently on the more powerful cards, might be a sign of things to come...

Interesting about the shader/core/mem clocks. I was always told the core had more effect than the memory (and the shaders more than anything else).

I'll just add that both my GTX285's like these new units, about 400 ppd more than the 353 WU's.

Interesting, I haven't gotten one of these WU yet.

Do you guys have it set to small, normal, or big for the WU size? I'm at normal.
