There may be a few other possibilities as well.
I'm gonna try a W7 install on it, and swap my chip 965 out for the 810 I have.
If its the onboard IC for the 965 then I am okay because that is still under NCIX warranty.
If its the OS then I am good minus needing dummy plugs.

If its the board, I'm up **** creek without a paddle because no RMA for it.

We shall see later on tonight when I start swapping gear.

Good to hear. We're all pulling for ya. Lets all pray a bit harder tonight for some good luck.
I'll sneak in another one for you tomorrow morning during wedding vows.

Dano just called a little bit ago as well, to see how everything went.
Absolutely perfect. Was raining at the time but this was an indoors
event so no one really cared. We knew one thing that was gonna happen
last night though, we were both gonna just fall apart, melt, the instant
the man said "you may now............" And we did, just couldn't help it.
There a long story that led up to this union but it goes back over 20
years and doesn't belong here, so I won't go into it, except to say that
it was the ultimate culmination of the dreams of two people who just
couldn't wait any longer. And it took HER asking me to get it going.
I only wish I looked half my age in order to look closer to her visual age
of 35, but she's actually 54. It was an incredible fantasy-like dream
come true experience. We're still overwhelmed, and will get off of here
for the reasons you would expect!!!!

And Dan, special thanks to you bro, for helping maintain my sanity.

I hope everyone gets their rigs running soon.
I think my PSU is the only casualty of the accident, it was brand new too. I will be picking one up next week and re-assembling. Hope to have it up and running by end of week.
