My System Specs

Default Upgrading to Win7... how do I...?

I got a gift today... a brand new, shiny copy of Windows 7.
I'll be installing soon, but I'm wondering a couple things.
What exactly do I have to do to get my clients up and folding again without losing anything?
I'm guessing that if I create the same folder/file structure I can just move everything in.
Is it that simple, or is there more to it?
Is it just best to start new ones?

What I need to know is can move my f@h folders from my Vista install to the Win7 install and resume folding whatever WU I'm on?

Yep, that's what i did when i installed the full version of Win 7 from Win RC. You can copy the folder through user/roaming (whatever that directory is) and paste it in the same location in your new version of windows
