make sure to bookmark it. then look at the specs that one usually trusts on corsair, antec,ocz...load your unit up 80% and youll be fine, even in the longrun. if you want to spare a bit more cash and go for a higher wattage unit(less noise since it has less load and less power consumption at 50% vs at 80% on a lower wattage unit wich in itself itll pay for itself in the long run) and thats that.

i for one hate noise..i used to be into clocking and loud fans..not anymore.
Make that +1. Can't take much noise much either. 260/216 SC power needs are remarkably low, all things considered. I didn't see it on the list you linked to but going by what I saw listed for some of the older ATI cards, their measurement accuracies SUX BIG TIME. Errors of 20 percent are rampant all through the damn thing. My 260SC 's run right around 65 watts each running flat out, nothing to worry about IMHO.

My mistake
Exact figures (plus or minus .005%) are 47.6 in standard desktop mode, 134.0035 folding ballz to the wall with +10% overclock, add another 10 for an occasional very short duration spiking which is absolutely normal. I have no clue where that 65 they got came from, what mode, condition, whatever.
