That's strange. With your PPD and things you have tried, you know what you are doing for sure. Those WUs are pussycats. I know its probably my fault somehow...

What flags are you using? Have you tried the "-forcegpu nvidia_g80" flag in your GPU shortcut?

I have a similar problem it'll stop at 100% on 353's (and 353's only) and not load a new WU.

Believe it or not, I underclocked my GTX260 from 576 to 500 with linked shaders. Still no joy.

I honestly think it's Vista.

All of my folding rigs run XP x64. No issues with 353 pointers on any of my cards (including my 260's). So I am inclined to agree with your assumption Perineum.

I assume you've tried deleting FahCore_11.exe and auto-downloading a new one in case you somehow wound up with a bad core?

My EVGA 9800GTX+ has been folding smoothly all week. No bad WUs. I haven't "upgraded" to the recent drivers yet and probably won't since many are reporting problems with them. Btw, XP32 for me. One thing my husband noticed was that I'm getting mostly 353s. Funny, as I typed this, it just started a 787 pointer.

Based on my own unscientific analysis of the problem reports I've been reading recently, this...

My 260 was or is F__king up but I think its drivers, When I try to up the Shader Clock to 1500 (using Precision)it works for a minute then my screen goes black or a few seconds than comes back but I saw a little window pop up saying something about Drivers(the pop up window disappears to fast to read it). But when it comes back Precision says the Shader Clock is at 700 instaid of 1350 and the Core Clock is at 400 instaid of 626.With Shaders at 700 353s take forever. I just have to restart my PC for everything to go back to normal or stock. With Shaders at 1350 353s ETA is 1h 10 min average and 7500 PPD, and lately 353s are all I get,I got a 472 I think earlier but it went smooth.

I stopped using Vista a month ago, but never had issues with those WUs at that time. Been using Win7 on two rigs folding since then, and no problems with them either.
