Default Who's not folding because of the heat?
I was just curious to know who is not folding because of the heat? With our overall team ppd slowly dropping. still 355000 PPD is nice but the 500000PPD we were getting in the winter was nicer,lol. I'v read in some posts that the heat is getting to some people and that their not folding until it cools down.also some team members that were folding when we hit 500000 PPD only joined for the contest and when it was over they slowly left the team.I know my brother is not folding because of the heat but come winter he's good for 10000-20000 PPD,and his roommates another 10000ppd if they are not gaming all the time,I shut of my PS3 1 week ago,not because of the heat but because im not at home.If your not folding but plan on it this fall,winter can you guess how many PPD you should be getting and put it in your reply so we can see how many PPD we are missing out on,thanks . I think this winter we are going to be getting some wicked PPD.

The electricity bill at my parent's house is what is causing me to curb my folding compared to last month. Great thing is in 2 weeks i'll be in residence and well, power is included in the overall price of rez so i'll be back to folding 24/7

My Quad's been off, the computer room gets WAY too hot. I may end up moving it to the living room next summer.

I'm in the process of moving to a new place and still waiting for some RMA action.... so I'm down too.... hopefully not too long though... :)

Too hot here. I have a super hot i7 chip so I can't have it running in my house. My parents don't like me running my computer 24/7 either. I just tell them I'm downloading something big :).

Yeah I stopped a bit due to heat issues, it became very hot in my room at night, but I'll be back on tracks once it cools down outside!

Can I still fold if I have like downloads running overnight? Because I might start folding when school starts and I can probably get around 7000ppd
