I use a 15L air tank that I fill with my compressor, gott make sure it regulated so you're not blowing 100psi at the computer but after initial investment its FREE AIR :)

Its only useful if you already have a compressor.... $300-500 depending on size.

But just an air tank is like $50-$75, add another $25 for an air nozzle (you're not filling up a tire) and a regulator or some fittings. Even if it costs $100, thats what 10 cans of compressed air? But I can see this having to buy an compressor as being cost prohibitive, only works if you got one or maybe you're neighbor does.

If its not one thing its another, had our DSL connection drop for a good 6hrs today.... 9 of my 10 clients were stuck waiting for work today, jeeze. On the otherhand no internet let me put some time into my new build, got the waterblocks and rads mounted so I can cut and plumb the hoses and look for res/pump mounting locations... my Mobo now weighs about 4lbs
