Or try Rocketdock. It works for me. Just dumps everything in a taskbar at the top/side of the screen when minimized.

How do I check/change my BIOS for virtualization?

On your motherboard it should be under "CPU configuration" and should be something like "Intel Virtualization Tech"

.... at least it is on my P5Q-Deluxe.

The menus at the top of your BIOS should be something like:

MAIN - AI TWEAKER - ADVANCED - POWER - BOOT - TOOLS - EXIT

It's under the advanced menu, then under cpu configuration.

... again, on my P5Q-Deluxe it is...
