You have to open the *.vmx file with notepad and you'll see the option there. It's a bit jumbled, but look for the memsize=640 entry and just change it to 1152. Make sure you save the document before closing it.

If only there's a way to make the whole VMWare client and folding client start automatically every time the computer is shut down. I could always use the extra PPD boost.

Create a shortcut to the vmx file and place it in the startup folder?

Here's my batch file to start 4 VM clients. Just rename directories/.vmx files to match yours. Place shortcut to .bat in Startup folder.

Huh, I can attach a .rar but not a .bat. It's in there.

File Type: rar vmstart.rar (180 Bytes, 12 views)

So I just paste them in the Startup folder than it's all good to go? I'll give it a try once my current WU finishes.

Question. Did anyone have a minor problem with the Notfred client not folding @ full speed? I tried using it a month or two ago, and the reason I reverted back to the Windows client was because I didn't know how to make the client start automatically as soon as the computer is turned on, and the VMware client was using only 95% instead of 100% CPU cycles.

My clients run about 95-98%, but the PPD is roughly twice that of the windows client. Well worth the small hit in CPU usage, keeps my CPU a degree or two cooler, too.

I also like to keep a few cycles available for other clients, processes etc.

wrong file. You want the one above it, shown without an extension in Windows 7, that says configuration beside it.
