Readers digest version: 1.Plug second monitor into gpu or build buy a dummy plug, 2.extend windows to second monitor through settings on desktop,
3.add - gpu 0 to start command line of short cut to gpu 1 and
4. - gpu 1 for the second gpu.
5.Make sure you have rivatuner installed and set fan to at least 50 percent before folding both cores.
6.FOLD Your Butt off

I don't use ATi cards but did you follow the multi-gpu guide to set up the two clients; [H]ard|Forum - View Single Post - [H]orde Guides

Crossfire is disabled.
Extend the desktop to the second monitor.
Make sure each client has a different Machine ID number.
Added the ' -forcegpu ati_r700 ' flag to the second gpu client.

Hopefully one of the Team that Folds with this card can spot what I've missed...

Edit/ Beaten again, I'm getting slow in my old age...
