Default March 7th Folding stats???

WOW,

We really took a hit in the last 2 updates for F@H.

Looking at Kakao stats we took a hit with the 2200 updates with a whopping 0ppd, I assumed that they were doing an update and it would double up on the 0100 update, but when things were back we were left with a mere 5448ppd.

Sure hope the next update catches up. Only 6 of our team members registered an update for the 0100 one. Hope everyone's rigs are still folding and it do not cause problems.

My wife needs my main rig, and I'm stuck on fixing a customer's rig, using the Folding rig cables... so I'm down since 13:00 this afternoon.

I don't use Kakao as they update at weird times but the EOC stats show the same, looking at other teams stats it's the same for everyone. It usually means Stanfords update server is having problems, should be fixed for the 22:00 EOC update...

I was down for awhile to install my Noctua cooler. But of coarse I happen to stick that extra GTX280 in my machine till my other half decides what she want for a computer!
Lets get some numbers happening.

When CasheKicker gets his second Folding rig going you might need that card to try and keep ahead of him...

I wouldn't be too concerned about blips like that... it's pretty well always some kind of an issue with the server side.

My main concern lately is that 90%+ of the WUs I've been getting lately have been the hateful 511 ones and that drops my PPD down to 3900 vice 5000 (on the 8800GTS). I haven't done any updates lately so maybe I need to update the drivers on my Nvidia card.

I've been getting PLENTY of 511's. Crunching on 2 right now once again!

Have you added the -advmethods flag, it seems to make a big difference in the systray client.

Have you tried adding the -advmethods flag to the client? Since doing so, my cards only fold the 420s. No more 511s. Better ppd, lower heat output.

edit: 'ed...

He is chasing me hard...........

I have got to figure out SMP. I keep getting into trouble with it. I delete the work folder and queue file and still have trouble.
Have to give it more effort, so I can stay ahead of CashKicker!
