Default Different clients for Rosetta?

I fold for Rosetta using BOINC manager. I see Rosetta, and mini-Rosetta mentioned often as well. Are these different clients to do the same thing or what? Is one better than the other?

Default

They're different and they run different work units each.. I don't know that you have control over which one you get / use.
