i just started the GPU client and started it folding and my temperature is at 68c and climbing within 5 minutes, lol... i need to reconfigure my case (or buy a new one).. lol

just used precision to up may gpu fan speed to 70, now i'm running steady at 58c. :)

Which WU is it folding with that temp, some of the 511pt ones cause higher temps than the others. If it stays at that temp your good to go, if it gets any higher you won't need a heater this winter...
Folding will stress your system like nothing else, especially if you run both CPU and GPU clients...

That means your probably running the systray client and using the display function, as far as I know that is still buggy and could cause F@H to run slow or crash. To get your PPD and WU info download Download | FahMon or FahSpy - powerful monitoring tool for Folding@Home distributed computing ...

FYI, F@H uses mostly the shaders, OC'ing the core and/or memory on your GPU has very little benefit and will generate more heat...

i just used the display for a second to see what WU it was. it seems to be running good so far. 66% :)

If you don't have a monitoring program yet just check in the logfile and it should tell you what WU its working on. Once you have a WU done and on record, don't forget to ask for your Folding Tag here Folding tag requests ...

With that GPU and two PS3's you will move up the standings quickly...
