Completed a P6900 bigadv today, completion time took just shy of 25 hours including upload time. Should receive ~110k for it, yet I received 68,380.

Yeah, 60k ppd less on a 6904. Oh well, it was fun the time it lasted. What I do find pityful is that Kasson in his explanation mixed the points given per WU and the usefullness of said WU. I taught that Stanford did not give a crap about points... also,

we don't want demand for bigadv to overwhelm the rest of the project or imbalance the points system.
I wonder how many SMP, uniproc WU and GPU WUs are folded for each bigadv? Is Kasson's statement true?

Also:

2) Please note that general complaints about low or high PPD are NOT acceptable in this Forum. If a Beta Tester is overly persistent, that Beta Tester's Beta Team privilege may be withdrawn, and membership in the Beta Forum section closed for that Donor. However, unbiased feedback and logical statements about WUs and FahCore performance are welcomed. If a Project or a FahCore seems either high or low, it should be corrected as soon as possible, depending, of course, on how closely your hardware matches the benchmark hardware.
They (the Beta testers) cannot complain, but this decision was taken without any consultation, nor benchmarking.

Thank you, Mr Buzzkill. Nothing like waking up to this news.
Well this sucks.. my three SR2s just went from 725k PPD to 563k.. I have two 6903s and one 6904. I don't think i'll be hitting 1.5mil points again in a day any time soon.

I should have about 70,000ppd coming here within the next week or so hopefully. But nothing major until the fall sometime.

Yeah, my basement is starting to get too warm - the AC is running 24/7 now and it's like 23c here. Time to move out the SR2's, thas for sure. Hopefully work gets their split AC unit installed this week and I can get these out of my garage.
