finally installed enough AC fans to make this folding cabinet viable.

Buckley's mixture of GTS 250, 9800GT, 285GTX video cards on hand-me-down P4's and stuff.

roughly 42,000 PPD, and a LOT of heat out the back.

Rough guesstimate is over 15% improvement over the previous best PPD WUs. Thats running on a 1090t with one GPU client, and the current GPU client is one that requires more resources.
Just finished one last night, HFM log shows 21k PPD on Windows client, I get 17-18k with most SMP WUs and 12-13k with 670x's.

That's a pretty insane rack. What's your power bill like?

They fly on the 48-core on Ubuntu. Absolutely fly. They get nearly 35K PPD higher than the 60xx units. 160k vs. 128 - 129k. Very nice.

So you've been running SMP under linux vice bigadv under windows? Is that because of a core limit with bigadv and/or windows?

Looks cool and all.. but PPD/watt would be a pretty terrible number.

utilities are included with the rent at the office... so I never see the power bill, the land-lord does. One nvidia vid card folding per tower... i'll need some SLI boards to up my PPD/watt ratio... and some more air conditioning, heh

So I close my SMP client just as it finished the unit so I can start it up w/ SMP -6 so I can play some Dragon Age 2 for a while. And I just happened to close it just as it finishes the WU, not realizing it before I hit ctrl+c. So I start it up again and it doesn't even try to upload it. It just clears the work folder and downloads a new unit. 2.2 days of work for nothing.

Been years since I was at the top of the list, all it took was everyone to jump ship.
