Those GX2's seem to be giving a lot of people grief lately, nice to hear you didn't get shafted on that deal. Hopefully 4Door can get his fixed, figures it happens just when he's geting up to full ppd.

I have to say that this seller is very honest, and could have run with my money very quickly. But he didn't.

I read about GTZ's issue; what's upi with those cards anyway?

Don't know whats up with those cards but I think I'll stick with my GTX's for now, those 285's sure look tempting though...

I've chased the same ghost around with my 2600 Charlie.
It will run through 3 WU's without a hitch, and then NAS on GPU , UNSTABLE_MACHINE randomly. I've run through every possible setting on CCC and nothing helps.
So I have it at stock right now....
That sucks when you BSOD on something you are quite sure is stable.
Hopefully you get it resolved.

Regards,
ST

I've had to back mine down to 3.8 from 3.9 as I was getting the occasional BSOD.

Since I did that I've had no issues. You were running at 4GHz right?

Yup, 4.0. I'll dial down by 5Mhz, then I'll need to find a solution to that services problem I have. Though I just saw a thread from a member, and it mentionned Black Viper Vista. I know that the site did a good job on XP services, we'll see how it goes for Vista...

What voltage were you at with 4.0? At 1.375v mine was 2 hours stable.. never tried more than that...

However at 3.8GHz I'm at only 1.24v and folded with SMP for 11 hours straight overnight, and here I am right now computer is still on!

I think I may have pushed my ram too far for folding. Was running at 1566...
