I have seen cpu and video card charts, but the addition of the psu charts will help set HWC apart from others I believe.

I just spent some serious dough on a PSU and something like this would have been really useful. Also good to see HWC get affiliated with a respected site like JonnyGURU too!

i agreed...

i only concerned... is the chart 100% accuracy?

i mean i am surprising that stock q9450 beats stock e8400 in almost all categories...

oh btw... overclocking would be very nice... i know its impossible...

I know Fixt tested over and over when encountering results that looked odd so I am extremely confident that he worked out all the performance bugs before posting the results.

Best feature EVER to be implemented on a Hardware Review site, congratulations to the genius who thought of this.
Now all thats left is the wait till the video card charts are up and running, then its all fantasising about getting a new gfx for me :D

Probably a noob question, but I am asking myself some question about CoreTemp, the program you use for your reviews.

Can I really trust blindly CoreTemp result for all my Overclocking?

Here is my concern, my BIOS Hardware Monitor (38C) report a really higher temperature even if I get to the same result as your review of the OCZ Vendetta 2 with CoreTemp (23C).

I thought it could be the BIOS sensor which is reporting a false temperature. It happened before with my old MSI K8N NEO 2 Platinum.

What do you think?

edit : The temperature are at idle.

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/22...perature-guide

There are all kinds of discrepancies that one can run into when trying to determine absolute CPU temperature- depends on where the sensor is reading it, and varies between cpus and motherboards- there are plenty of writeups around that discuss CPU temps at length- check out the link above. When running benchmarks and comparisons, they are really only relative as ideally, all of the runs are tested on the same system so that variability is minimized.

I know that the performance charts must be a lot of work and time consuming to maintain, but are you going to update them again at some point in time? Is there a chance you will include a GPU chart??
