Default Need help installing Nvidia 560 Ti Overclocked 448 Core GPU

I have an ASRock z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Motherboard, and a NVIDIA 560 Ti Overclocked 448 Core GPU, and was wondering, the GPU takes up so much space, there isn't a lot of room to insert the wireless card. One PCIE slot says HDMI, but it is out of the way of the GPU, it doesn't look like an HDMI slot, and it fits my wireless card perfectly. Does my GPU have of be in the PCIE 2 slot and get good performance? If not, can I put my wireless card in the HDMI slot?
