AP9317 pinout help

Hello,
I'm trying real hard to find the pinout details for a AP9317 cable.
It's a PDU management cable, RJ12 - RJ45, and I cannot find the details anywhere.


Does anyone have any details on how to wire one of these things?
APC was less than helpful

apc uses rs232(serial) to com with their hardware, and in pic states that used a cross-over on rj12 and rj45 was straigth so Null modem connection

handy with DVM to check pins voltages
