Well, I personally wouldn't look for loopholes in return policies, but I am well within Costco's stated return policy by returning my AC (they have a lifetime satisfaction guarantee on almost everything, excluding PCs, Laptops, and other computer components which "only" have a 6-month return limit)

Here's a tip that is out of the grey area.

Most people on here seem to shop at ncix. And if you aren't using their price match feature then shame on you. Right at the checkout screen there is a 'start price match' button. You click the button and input the price you found for each item and the url it.

I couple this with shopbot.ca, a great site for finding the lowest price on computer stuff.

And I've never had a price match refused by NCIX

Do not goop on your thermal compound! Most people use way too much. A thin thin layer works the best.

When getting a new PSU...make sure the switch is set to 110V instead of 220V....That might give you some issues. :)
