Default antec 1200 mod question

Hey guys i got a general question here if anyone has any experience in water cooling and these cases. Does anyone know if a standard 240mm radiator will fit up top where the 200mm fan is? Obviously with some slight customization, but is it possible? They have that big cavity of space up there just crying out for another radiator, but i don't wanna have to rip the case apart to do so. I know they make rads for these cases but there cheap aluminum radiators. I have 2 PA 120.2 rads so there not exactly slim to put in front of the case.

So does anyone know if at least 2 holes match up with the holes on the rad? So i only have to drill 2 holes, or will i have to drill 3 holes to make it work?

If im not making much sense let me know and i will clarify with pics if needed.

Cheers

I am not sure if you can get one up there, but you can get a 360/ 120.3 in the front. I personally have a 240/ 120.2 in the front of mine. I'm sure you can fit a PrimoChill PA in there. There is a lot if room with the cages removed. If you want some Antec 1200 modding inspiration, YouTube "TJHarlow"

you have no hole for mount those rad. the only 2 holes are for hold the Antec rad. the other side of the Antec rad have tabs that go in 3 slots.

I don't think put a rad with an oversize fan that pull, will be a good idea, the fan will have less restriction to pull the air around than true the rad. The Al rad is a perfect fit for it.

yeah i have one of them in front of the case now.
i have 12 slots total. 7 are taken up by the pa 120.2 rad 2 are used up for my drive bay resivoirs and 3 have a hard drive cage in there holding some of my hard drives. so i got no room for dvd rom in there.

might have to take the ghetto route. drill some holes in teh top for screws or like someone said just use the good ol double sided tape

i am gonna check out TJHarlow on you tube see what he has in store. i also seen some videos on youtube by a guy named cyberdruid. does some pretty amazing stuff.

let me know if anyone has any ideas

The day is coming near. almost everything is here in the mail but my fan controller and second gtx260.

2x EK 790i vcore
Ek 790i sb block
viperjon 790i nb block
2 custom acrylic pump tops
4x uv cathode lights
20 feet of uv tubing
2x cable sleeving kits
24x24 black mesh same as on the case stock
10 bitspower nickel plated for 1/2 ID tubing
2 acrylic L fittings
2 acrylic T fittings
scotch 4010 mounting tape

i am going to mount the pa120.2 rad up top. Going to remove the big fan up there in the 1200 case and rebuild the top to fit 2x 120mm fans. i should have enough room if into i will put a swiftech 240mm rad because its a bit thinner then the pa rad. but i think i can fit the pa rad up there.

i will post up pics when its done.
