lol well i recently sent charlie 3.0 a GTX 260 vid card and a water block.

I slide the card and water block attached to the card into a big bubble wrap envolope then duct taped that closed then put 3/4 inch foam padding around that and taped that very good as well , Then put the vid card box in and packed all with paper, closed box and duct taped all corners and lid !
then mailed it .
charlie3.0 said i was the defintion of Overkill:)

I love the airbags that some companies use to ship their stuff.I use a combo of fom peanuts, buble wrap and airbags. Duct tape to seal the box.

Make it looks like it did when you got it. Bubble wrap, static wrap and some brown paper/newspaper works well.

Where can you get anti-static wraps?? I have ram to ship out and don't want to put 2 sticks in the same sleeve.

If you don't have any left from stuff you've bought you can call a computer shop, they probably have some for free/low price.

Hah, now I don't know what to do. I just incorporated like 7 ideas into my packaging. Turned a simple cpu shipping into a case shipping LOLOLOL

my friend uses this tape which he shrink wraps with a blow dryer

I'll use a combination of whatever i have laying around from previous online orders, that being packing peanuts, air bags, bubble wrap, and/or foam. I typically ship everything in anti-static bags just to be safe as well
