And i want to take out the stupid front door coz it blocks all my USB ports and the fragile POS window for a more solid one.

How much room is behind the mobo tray? Is the PSU sleeved or not? If the PSU isn't sleeved you can get great cable management w/ any case as long as you aren't afraid of a drill/dremel. Just drill yourself some holes in the motherboard tray but under the motherboard so the holes stay out of view. Then run the cables underneath/behind.

An older system I did. No fancy sleeving. I had some more pics of systems w/ cheaper cases but I can't seem to find them.

That said - it made an excellent case for cheap builds at the time

I suggest looking into maybe something like the NZXT Beta - It is an excellent case for a great price! Look really good, and has a few decent ways it could be wired to keep the insides tidy.
That sucks about the scar :(. I myself have worked with a few crappy cases, cut yourself up a fair bit if you're not careful. I just built a pc with the Beta case, and it's awesome for the price, can't go wrong.

No. I believe it is a Cooler Master Cavalier or a model that looks similar to it.

There is also sometimes space between the power supply and back panel so you can stuff wires in there or they can sometimes have space above the psu as well.

Non sleeved cables are MUCH easier to flatten out.
