Touching the case should still be fine, however if you don't feel comfortable you can find some screws or something that pierce through the case metal, such as drive screws or expansion slot screws to ensure complete contact.

You can also grab an antistatic strap for 5$ to be safe.

Bare metal : screws on power supply
Bare metal slot cover screws
Screw in one case cover screw to it
metal fan grill on power supply if its bare metal
