OK. from hence forth, kruzn4evr is called "stupid but".

Hit prtscr button. That copies the entire screen, as you see it. You can then paste in Paint, Word, etc. You would then have to crop out the stuff you don't want (ie. Taskbar)

In Vista, there is something in Accessories called 'Snipping Tool', but I don't know if its in Windows 7. If you have the snipping tool, then you can just screen capture the part of the screen you want, and no cropping required.
