Default Antec Led Tricool Fan mod help!

I have 3 antec LED tricool fan at home, i would like to add them in my cooler master Storm Sniper case... (one in bottom and 2 on the side window) but i would like to have the ability to turn On / Off the led on the fan while keeping fan running.

So is there any way to mod those fan to be able to connect the led separately to the power of the fan.

There is 5 wire that come out the fan :

3 wires (black, red, yellow) that goes to the 3 speed switch.
2 wires (black and red) that go to the 4 pin molex connector.

Is it possible to do ?

Thanks for any help!

You would have to splice the switch to the leads on the board inside the fan, if you look the LED's go to their own spots on the board, you need to put a switch inline with one of those wires.

or remove them from the board and have them seperatly powered, that is assuming they are 12/5V

Not possible LEDs are soldered directly onto the fan.

Those wires have nothing to do with the LEDs.

or you could do what I said, but I admit it will be a massive PITA for the effect your going for.

I think i just install it without the ability to turn off the led of this fan... that's it...
i could always turn off the 2 big 200 mm fan that come with the case...

later i will buy a proper fan.
